Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we maintain international quality certifications to ensure the highest standards for our medical products.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers may need smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the customer covers the freight cost.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, you can. Just send us pictures or samples, and we will assist you. Please note this may take slightly longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. Availability depends on sales conditions; please consult our sales team for accurate inventory.
What are your terms of payment?
For orders <= 800 USD, 100% in advance. For orders > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
