Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we maintain international standard certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE to ensure high-quality medical device production.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers may need smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Just send us pictures or samples, and we can assist you. Please note this may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product, produced on a monthly basis. However, availability depends on current sales conditions. We recommend contacting our sales team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance and balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
