Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products are manufactured under strict quality control systems and hold relevant international certifications for medical devices.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the buyer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Simply send us pictures or physical samples. Please note that custom or non-listed items may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for most listed products, which are produced on a monthly cycle. Stock levels depend on sales conditions, so it is best to check with our team for real-time inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For orders under 800 USD, 100% in advance. For orders over 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
