Normally we send through courier services like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges are determined by volume and weight constraints.

Yes, our manufacturing processes and products strictly adhere to medical device guidelines and are certified with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certificates.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning to test our products in their market. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the customer.

Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. We are glad to accommodate custom needs, but this may take a slightly longer time for delivery.

Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product, which is manufactured monthly, depending on sales demand. We advise confirming exact inventory with our sales team. For payments under 800 USD, 100% in advance is required. For payments above 800 USD, we accept 30% T/T in advance with the balance cleared prior to shipment. Supported methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
