Q1: Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Q2: Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we strictly follow international quality standards and hold necessary ISO and CE certifications for our medical products.
Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. We understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially to test the market; we can offer free samples, but the shipping cost is paid by the client.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Note that custom requests may take a little longer time for delivery.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we have stock for listed products, which are produced monthly. However, it depends on sales conditions. Please consult with our sales team for accurate inventory information.
Q6: What are your terms of payment?
For orders ≤800USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. Payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
