Q1: Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Q2: Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products meet international quality standards. Please contact our team for specific certification documents related to your region.
Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning to test the market. We can offer free samples, but shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom production takes a little longer for delivery.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products, which are produced monthly. However, it depends on current sales conditions. We recommend checking with our sales team for accurate inventory information.
Q6: What are your terms of payment?
For orders <=800USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, and the balance before shipment. Payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
