Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on weight and destination.

Yes, our manufacturing processes and products comply with international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certification to ensure high quality and safety.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and do you provide samples?
We generally expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders initially. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the customer.
Can I purchase products similar to your catalogue but not explicitly shown?
Certainly. Please send us pictures or samples of the items you need. Note that custom or non-catalogue items may require a longer delivery timeframe.
What are your payment terms and stock availability?
We typically maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. For payments under 800 USD, 100% advance is required. Above 800 USD, terms are 30% T/T in advance and balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
