Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be least at US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller samples orders in the beginning. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not included.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we have stock for listed products produced monthly. However, it depends on sales conditions. We recommend asking our sales team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For orders <=800USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
