Yes, our medical products are fully qualified and manufactured under compliance with ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE international certification standards.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning in order to test the market for our products. We could offer free samples, but do not cover the cost of freight.

Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom production might take a slightly longer time for delivery.

Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are produced monthly, depending on sales conditions. Please contact our team for accurate inventory updates. For payment: orders <= 800 USD require 100% in advance; orders > 800 USD require 30% T/T in advance, with the balance paid before shipment. Accepted payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
