Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges vary based on the destination and total weight of the package.

Yes, our products are manufactured in compliance with international standards. We maintain rigorous quality management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certifications to ensure medical device safety.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need smaller sample orders initially for market testing. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is to be covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Just send us pictures or physical samples of the items you need. Please note that custom or non-catalog items may require a slightly longer lead time for delivery.
What are your terms of payment and stock availability?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product, produced monthly. For orders <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For orders > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
