Q1: Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Q2: Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we strictly follow international medical quality standards and hold the necessary industry certifications for our products.
Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the customer covers the freight cost.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may require additional delivery time.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we have stock for every listed product which is produced monthly, but it depends on current sales conditions. Please contact our sales team for accurate inventory information.
Q6: What are your terms of payment?
For orders <=800USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance paid before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
