What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and do you provide free samples?
We generally expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, for initial market testing, we can accommodate smaller sample orders. Free samples may be offered, though freight costs are covered by the customer.
Can I purchase products that are similar to your catalogue but not explicitly shown?
Certainly. You can send us pictures or physical samples of the items you require. Please note that custom or non-catalogue items may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Are your listed products in stock and what are the payment terms?
We generally maintain stock for listed products with monthly production cycles. For payments under $800, we require 100% in advance. For orders over $800, a 30% T/T deposit is required, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
