Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products meet international quality standards. Please contact our sales team for specific certificate documents.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. We understand that customers need to place smaller samples orders in the beginning to test the market. We could offer free samples, but the client covers the freight cost.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that this may require a longer lead time for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we have stock for listed products, produced monthly. However, it depends on current sales conditions; please ask our salesman for accurate inventory. Payment <=800USD, 100% in advance. Payment >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc.
