Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or by post upon request from clients. Charges vary based on destination and weight.

Our production processes follow international standards and we fulfill documentation requirements as per client requests for professional courier delivery.
Q3: What is the minimum order quantity? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Q4: Can I buy products similar to your catalogue but not listed?
Yes, you can. Please send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or similar non-listed products may take longer for delivery.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products? What are your payment terms?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly, subject to sales conditions. Payment <= 800 USD: 100% in advance. Payment > 800 USD: 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
