Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients. Charges vary based on weight and destination.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products are manufactured under strict quality management systems and meet the necessary international certifications for medical devices.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers need smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the customer covers the freight cost.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, you can. Just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-catalogue items may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product which is produced monthly. However, it depends on our current sales condition. Please contact our sales team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For orders <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For orders > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
