Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we hold ISO9001, ISO13485, and CE certifications. We can provide certificate copies upon request.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. We understand that customers need smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, just send us pictures or samples. Please note this may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly, depending on sales. Payment <= 800USD, 100% in advance. Payment > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. Methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc.
