We generally require a minimum order of US$500. We understand the need for testing, so we provide samples for market testing, though freight costs for samples are the responsibility of the client.
Q4: Can I order products that are not in the catalogue?
Yes, custom requests are welcome. Please provide pictures or samples, and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. Please note that custom items may require a longer lead time.
Q5: Do you keep products in stock?
We typically maintain stock for listed products produced on a monthly basis. However, availability depends on sales volume, so we recommend checking with our sales team for current inventory status.
Q6: What are your accepted payment terms?
For orders under US$800, we require 100% payment in advance. For orders over US$800, we require a 30% deposit via T/T, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
