Q1: Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or by post upon request from clients.
Q2: Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products and manufacturing processes adhere to international standards including ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE certifications.
Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. We understand that customers may need to place smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Yes, you can. Please send us pictures or samples of the products you require. Note that custom or non-listed items may require a longer production time.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are produced monthly. However, availability depends on current sales volume. Please contact our sales team for accurate inventory information.
Q6: What are your terms of payment?
For payments under US$800, 100% payment is required in advance. For payments over US$800, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. Payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
